Jennifer Fugo

Jennifer Fugo is the founder of Gluten Free School, a website dedicated to teaching gluten-sensitive individuals commonsense, simple and powerful steps to get healthy. She’s a certified Health Coach named a “Gluten Free Guru” by Philadelphia Magazine who co-hosts the popular “Gluten-Free Sugar Cleanse” to empowers gluten-free folks to take control of their diet, feel great and kick their sugar habit.

Jennifer is a sought-after expert for news contributions about healthy, gluten-free living as well as a speaker and avid blogger who has been featured on Doctor Oz, Yahoo! News, eHow, CNN, Huffington Post and Philadelphia Magazine. She also hosts the popular "Gluten Free School Podcast" to share eye-opening health information vital to living a gluten-free life. In early 2014, Jennifer will release her first book called “The Savvy Gluten-Free Shopper: How to Eat Healthy without Breaking the Bank” to be available in both hardcopy and electronic formats. 

Pam Jordan 

Pam Jordan was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in January 2011 after struggling for fifteen years with symptoms. She is a working wife and mom to three young kids. Her blog, I'm A Celiac, provides simple Gluten Free recipes with common ingredients, product reviews, restaurant reviews, and giveaways. Pam also authored a cookbook, Family Approved Gluten Free Recipes. Every week she will post a weekly menu to help you feed your family safe meals. 

Dr. Liesa Harte earned her MD at the University of Texas, San Antonio. Over the past 19 years, she has developed a passion for helping people prevent disease and live vibrant, healthy lives at every age. Dr. Liesa’s private Austin practice is the fulfillment of a dream to provide a unique healthcare experience and a deeper level of personalized care that makes a powerful, lasting difference in the lives of her patients.

She went to medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio Medical School. She then stayed on for an internship and eventually residency in Family Practice. After that, she was a board certified Family Practice physician in private practice in San Antonio for six years.

Always the curious adventurer, Dr. Harte moved with her children to the south of France for six years where she enjoyed a unique perspective on medical care in Europe. She then returned to pursue her dream of opening her dream practice where she strives to incorporate the best aspects of European primary care. She is pleased to practice her unique style of medicine in her own clinic. She just completed the certification process for Functional Medicine, maintains her board certification in Family Medicine, and will complete her Cenegenics training in December of 2013.
